  • Netflix Price Goes Up Again, But a Lot of Entertainment Is Waiting

    Most people currently are still choosing Netflix as a medium of entertainment at and outside the home. Netflix is well-known as good and serving a lot of entertainment content, attracting audiences to stay with them and choose them. Either at home, on the go, on a lunch break at the office, or when there is nowhere to go, Netflix will become a loyal companion.

    Netflix is also going to release their most favourite programmes such as One Piece season 2 and Bridgerton season 4 to grace the screens of Netflix this year. Not only that, most awaited content such as Jo Nesbø’s Detective Hole, Something Very Bad is Going to Happen and Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man will also be on Netflix.

    But, subscribers need a bit of sacrifice when Netflix this year in March raised the subscription fee.

    Netflix was also stunned when Paramount Skydance snatched Warner Bros. Discovery at the last moment.

  • INCOMM in Seria Closed Down

    Integrated Communications Sdn Bhd, well-known as INCOMM, is going to close down its branch in Seria, Belait district. The last day of operation will be on Friday, 19th June 2026.

    Most people expressed their disappointment through social media posts as they might experience difficulties with topping-up prepaid services and paying bills.

    The customers of INCOMM are not only from nearby or surrounding areas but also come from various places such as Labi, Lumut, Kuala Belait and Tutong.

    Through the outpouring on social media, elderly people and those who do not really know how to use online services might face difficulties in doing transactions.

    The public is advised to go to the nearest authorised agents, usually shop retailers and gadget shops, for their convenience. Usually, the authorised agents have their official banner and accept payments and top-up services.

  • 12 Hijri New Year Babies Born

    There were 12 babies recorded as born in the Brunei-Muara and Belait districts in the month of Muharram during the Hijri New Year 1448.

    There were seven boys and four girls in the Brunei-Muara district, and one baby girl in the Belait district, recorded as born between Maghrib time on the first of Muharram and the late afternoon Asar time on the second of Muharram.
