Hilang 34kg Still Makan di Kedai Mamak

It’s not easy lah untuk mengurangkan berat badan yang berlebihan. While it is VERY easy to gain our weight by just consume apa saja makanan dan minuman yang manis, berlemak dan tinggi kalori. Tidak kira di mana pun, at home or at mamak restaurant, if you cannot control what you want to consume, berat badan sihat hanya akan menjadi angan-angan belaka.

There is one video post on YouTube, a guy share to us about his story losing more than 30kgs but still makan kat kedai mamak. Cannot avoid lah sebab dia memang suka makan kat mamak dari awal.

But how he managed to lost lot of kgs? According to his shared video, dulu dia suka order mee goreng double portion and milo kaw kaw. Until one day, when he woke up and hard to breath, then he realize, he needs to do something. About changing life habit.

So apa dia buat, masih makan kat kedai mamak, but change whatever he ordered. Now dia order thosai telur. Kita kat Brunei mungkin panggil dosai. Some people like Japanese called this as dosa. Why he chose thosai telur? Sebab sudah ada karbohidrat dan protein. Less fat. More healthy lah. He said, kalau nak tambah protein pun, order ayam tandoori. Why? Chicken breast big one aa, satisfy and full of protein, so kenyang lebih lama. Minum? Not necessary air putih saja. Can order teh ‘o’ ais tanpa gula.

So, if this brother can do something good like that, why not we try also. No need to suffer yourself cannot eat that cannot eat this. All you need to do is be disciplined and know what you consume.
