One irrigation and drainage worker died after her headscarf (tudung) got caught in the water machine at the Grand Sabak Hotel water gate in Sabak Bernam, Selangor, Malaysia.
The Fire and Rescue Department received the call at 3:35 pm, and upon arrival, they found the 56-year-old victim lying at the sluice gate.
